yesterday was "Blue Monday"

i'm usually not fascinated at 6am... especially by the 6am SportsCenter, but i was fascinated this morning at 6am when i learned all about "Blue Monday".

Have you heard of it? apparently it is the WORST day of the year.
Crazy formula that some smart guys came up with:

where weather=W, debt=d, time since Christmas=T, time since failing our new year’s resolutions=Q, low motivational levels=M and the feeling of a need to take action=N_a.

something like that.
i'm curious - HOW WAS BLUE MONDAY FOR YOU YESTERDAY?

Good thing for me & for all of us that THIS is new every morning. so, it's Tuesday & it's all good.

(oh yeah, & i guess we're all looking forward to the happiest day of the year some time in late June.)
